Rinnai has adopted an encryption technology, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), for the pages that require customer's personal information for the safety and comfort of the customer. This makes the possibility that the information that customers send through a browser (personal information, ID, password, etc.) would be tapped or tampered by a third party on the Internet extremely low.

  • When a browser which does not support SSL is used, there are cases that the information cannot be sent. When the name or contact of a customer is not clear, Rinnai may not be able to reply. (This applies to customers who have already sent their inquiries to Rinnai.)
  • Rinnai sends customers its reply through e-mail, phone or post.
  • There are cases that it is not appropriate for Rinnai to address the question.
